Unable to Upgrade the Client System Server

Hi, 

While running a workflow we are facing an,

R package error: Unable to load the AlteryxRDataX package - Use the R installer provided by Alteryx. 

Since we using the old version, we wanted to upgrade to new version but are unable to do it internally. 

Is there any other way to upgrade the Alteryx Server without uninstalling it. Let me know.

Hi @Hemanth22 ,

This is related to the RInstaller and doesn`t require the installation of your Alteryx Server. Not sure if someone upgraded the R package or if you installed the incorrect version of the predictive tools.

Anyhow, I suggest you removing the predictive tools from your server, if any, and installing the correct version.

You can download the correct version from the licensing portal: https://us1.alteryxcloud.com/license-portal/

Go to Designer > Select your Alteryx Server version > Download the admin version of the predictive tools. The RInstaller is the same for designer and server.
