Unable to Open archive for zipping

Question

Hi, my workflow runs when on my desktop and saves my file with date time but when I add it to our server I get this error for the output. Unable to Open archive for zipping. I added the date time to my file path so I can run it more than once a day and save the new file out there.

The inputs pull from the same folder and work fine on the server so I'm assuming it does? but may be something I need to check.

Hi @jdobbins does your Alteryx Server have access to the locaiton you are trying to save to? Your Alteryx would need write permissions for it to run on the server.
