Hi Team,

 

One of our business users is experiencing an error intermittently when executing a chained workflow. The workflows are triggered via API. One of the chained flows is receiving the following error: "ToolId -1: InboundNamedPipe GetOverlappedResult: The pipe has been ended".

We are unable to find any corresponding Engine logs in the server for the impacted workflow.

 

Could any one please help in understanding the error and possible causes for the error occurrence?
