ThoughtSpot Bulk Loader Alteryx Tool

ThoughtSpot Bulk Loader Alteryx Tool - we are currently using Alteryx version 2019.2 and plan to upgrade to 2020.3. What will be the impacts the existing workflow with TS Bulk loader?

Is the TS bulk loader compatible with all versions with Alteryx?

Does loading the TS Bulk loader and TS TQL on our Alteryx server require down time for the server?

@BCB

The Thoughtspot modules use Python backend and compatibility with 2020.3 will not be an issue. Existing workflows using these modules will work same as before.

With v2020.4, we've upgraded the embedded version of Python Alteryx uses from 3.6 to 3.8. Due to the nature of Alteryx tool installers (.yxi packages), you may end up with incompatible Python references in the install directories so the tools will need to be reinstalled. You can find out more about it here

Installing these modules on the server do not require downtime.

@BCB did you get this working successfully after the upgrade? I've tried reinstalling, but get errors. @MichalM any suggestions on how to resolve the error with the tools? I get the same on both this tool and the ThoughtSpot TQL tool.
