The App interface could not be loaded.

Hello,

Having problems running my Analytic App from the Server. It shows me that The App interface could not be loaded.

What can be the reason and any solutions for that?

I am having similar issues, after adding the app to server when I click on it gives me a screen with message "The App Interface could not be loaded"

your version of designer is more recent than your version of server - downgrade your version of designer or upgrade your version of server.
