Temporary HTML in render tool produces no output in gallery after update to 2019.4

I have been running an 11.7 workflow in gallery for months that produces the number of active users in a HTML table.  After updating to 2018.1 and eventually 2019.4 the render tool no longer produces the temporary HTML report. There is no option to save a physical file in the render options, so does this function no longer work with the latest software?

Hi!

In the Render Tool you'll seen an option in the Output Mode that's called "Choose a Specific Output File'. Using this, you can write out an HTML Report.
