Snowflake Temp table issue - "Object '""' already exists"

We have an issue in our workflows in the Server when connected to Snowflake using the "Write in-db" tool and select output type as "Create temporary table".

The error message we get is the following "Error: Write Data In-DB (3): Error running PreSQL on "NoTable": SQL compilation error:
Object '""' already exists."

Has anyone come across this issue before? This output mode should create a unique table name so is a bit odd to be receiving this error message.

I should also mention that we had just migrated the server to 2023.1 and the workflow ran without any errors prior to this upgrade.
