Set UI configuration before scheduling on Gallery?

Question

Question:  Does anyone know if/how you are able to configure UI selections for scheduled workflows on Gallery?

Context:  Running workflows ad-hoc, have the ability to easily select a UI experience path for certain experiences to occur.  In example, whether you want to output data...or send an email...or "xyz" to have happen.  I was just curious if you are able to pre-configure the UI selections for workflow(s) that would be on Gallery and scheduled to run instead of ad-hoc selections.

Hi,

We've used the api method with an external scheduler and parameters are passed as XML into the api.  Works great.

Change the default options on the scheduling page is not possible. What you can do it to create and edit schedules in batch using API.
