Why am I not able to see workflows that I just saved to my company's server? I am the admin of the server----I can see the 'job' that ran when it was saved to the server (and can actually schedule the workflow), but I can't see it in my studio or if i try to add it to a group.
It happens with all newly saved workflows.

Have you recently changed the authentication method (not supported) or upgraded your server?

This is usually caused by locks in your MongoDB database, often caused by upgrades, host recovery, change of authentication method, among others.

An admin with access to the Alteryx Server machine is required to perform these steps. Even if you are not sure that is the cause of your issue, the locks can be removed without any concern.
If the admin want to be on the safe side, ask him to backup your MongoDB prior to this: https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/Alteryx-Server-Backup-Recovery-Part-2-Procedures-15834...
