Afternoon all,
We are using Alteryx server 2021.2 (hopefully get upgraded soon)
When we go to the 'site', users have to click the 'sign in' button on the top right. We don't have to input any username/passwords, the server just logs us in.
Is there any way to set this so that when we go to the 'site', we don't have to click sign in and server just signs us in automatically?
Many thanks,

Following article might help you.

BTW, in our company's environment(Windows Auth), we are not always asked to input id/password.

Hi @gawa thank you.
I had tried that, but unfortunately it didn't solve it. Maybe our IT department has to activate/change something.

Hi @Rags1982 - Does your server allow "unregistered" users to run workflows? I.e., does your server contain "Public" workflows?
I ran into this same issue with 2021.1, and turning this feature off resolved it. Depending on your company's preferences, this may not be preferred, but it should fix the issue.
To turn off this capability:
- Log in to Alteryx Server (you must be an admin, or "curator")
- Hover over your name in the top-right corner, then select Admin from the dropdown
- In the admin portal that appears, select Configuration from the pane on the left
- Locate the setting Unregistered Users Can Run Public Workflows on the Homepage and turn it off
