Server crashing with 404 error

Hi all,

 

Lsat saturday the server the service 'AlteryService" was unavailable.  The Alteryx service was not operating for some reason, which appears to have caused the Alteryx cluster to fail. Alteryx's platform was fully offline at that point. 

 

We have a HA server with 3 workers and gallery architecture.

 

We got the following error :

Error - Worker <SERVERNAME> There was an error in WorkerThread::DoWork: Server Error: 404

 

This error repeated a lot of times and then the server crashed.

 

Can anybody help me?
