Server Error: Timeout was reached

Hi

I have a job that runs on the Gallery Server that runs to completion and gives all expected output, but, I get this error at the very end of the log:

Error running Event #1: Timeout was reached

Can anyone provide some insight on what it means or on how I can keep it from happening?

Very strange! Does this just happen on this workflow? What tools are used on that workflow?

My suspicion would be its an R based tool being blocked from being executed - however with you receiving all expected output, i dont think this can be the case.

Connect with Alteryx gallery Admin to check what is automatic job cancel limit, which can be one of the case.

Other thing that you can check is by creating sample workflow with limited data, to validate if for simpler version also you get error at end or not.

Have you setup any Events here:

Yes, there are email events, one email for an error, and one for success.

Maybe the Server doesn't have access to the SMTP or another SMTP has been setup.

Worth checking with the Server admin
