Hi All
I'm trying to synchronize my credentials from desktop to server, but get this error.
I have been able to synchronize in the past all ok. I have restarted my laptop and can still access the server fine via web browser.

Hi @aatalai,
User is not authenticated to the Gallery from their Designer. This can be additionally confirmed via Designer > Options > Advanced Options > Managed Data Connections ; where the orange warning, when hovering a mouse over, will indicate the user is not signed in.
- Method A) Pull a workflow from Designer to re-authenticate
- File > Open Workflow > (select appropriate Gallery) > (select a workflow) ; prompt for SAML authentication should appear
- next return to File > Manage Connections ; attempt to Synchronize again
- Method B) Remove then re-add Gallery to Designer
