See worfkflow history from all users as server admin

Hi all

I am an Alteryx Server admin. Sometimes users (which can run workflows from the gallery) come to me to check what was wrong with the latest run.

Is there a way, as best from the servers admin web page, to see the history of all ran workflows, like it is possible for my own workflows ?

Many thanks

Steffen

@chvizda within the Alteryx Server Admin screen, you should be able to have a look at the runs for each workflow that has been processed on the Server under the Jobs tab:

This link should give you more info about this:

Another method to monitor the workflows running is via the Alteryx Server Usage Report.  Do you have this set up to run on the Server? If not, check out this link:

Hi @RishiK

thanks for your feedback.

Unfortunately the workflows are not scheduled. The workflows are all in a Collection and the users can access these and run there the workflow.

For workflows I have run by myself I see the history with all the details:

This is what I'm looking for, for all the users on my server.

If this is possible it would save me much time for troubelshooting.

thx Steffen

@chvizda the Alteryx Server Usage report should be able to provide you with all of this logging for all workflows run on the Server (be it in a Collection or not, scheduled or adhoc). Do you have this set up and is it running say every week?
