Hi, we recently upgraded to 2022.1 and now I can no longer see the workflow result from the scheduled workflows my co-workers set up (and they can't see mine).
They are in the same collection where I am admin. How can we share the workflow result for our scheduled workflows?
We can see the result for the run if we go in to the specific workflow but it would handy to be able to have an overview of which workflow has failed as well if they are queued/run time.
Hey @dougejm1 ,
You have to share the schedules the same way you share workflows in collections.
You won`t be able to see the results on the workflow results page anymore. You have to access each collection and check the results from there by clicking on each shared schedule.

This is not a good solution. An Admin should be able to see all jobs that failed.
@pldono11 , I agree with you but that is what we have available.
I would rather have access to everything but I also understand the reasoning behind this limitation.
Currently, you can add credentials to schedules, meaning that you could be running schedules with personal credentials and having access to sensitive data that an admin is not supposed to have access to.
Here is an idea talking about a 'Super Curator' who would have access to everything. https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Server-Ideas/Split-Curators-into-two-roles-to-allow-for-bet...

Both users have their schedules in the same collection. They are part of the same team. One is going out on leave and the other needs to support the production jobs. Another person left the company. In both cases, it would be nice if there was a place that we could see all job results for the collection and not go into individual schedules.
