'Schedules' page is not available

Hi All,

Suddenly, I don't have the option to schedule any workflows from Gallery.

I used to schedule a lot of workflows, but today I'm suddenly not even able to access the 'Schedule tab' in the Alteryx Gallery.

Where did it go? How can I fix this?

Hey @EN6924 ,

Weird error. Do you have access to the server logs? Take a look at the gallery logs and see if you can find something strange there. Maybe a corrupted schedule or something like that is causing this issue.

If you don`t know what to look for, post both the gallery and service logs here and I can help you.

Hi fmvizcaino

There are multiple files in the logs folder, Which one should I send to you?

Gallery: The most recent one

Service: The most recent one with no dates in the name.

Before sharing the file, refresh the gallery page once just to be sure the error will be there.

Hi fmvizcaino

Please find the files attached.

I checked with Alteryx Support team, someone is saying 'Schedule option on the left is available on 2022.3, and you won't see it if you are using earlier version.' Then how should we schedule workflows when needed?

Hey @EN6924 ,

I think they got confused, the schedules page on the admin page is only available on 23.1 but you have the schedules page on the user side that should be there in your version.

In your service logs, you have two problems:

Record identifier is invalid <63fdc5b47374000079005c9e> collection <AS_Schedules>

Record identifier is invalid <63f34cf37374000079005c80> collection <AS_Schedules>

Here is what I would do:

1. Download Robo3T on the server: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Server-Knowledge-Base/How-to-Connect-to-an-Embedded-Server-...

2. Access the AlteryxService database

3. Investigate both IDs on the Schedules collection, and see if something is wrong or weird there: https://help.alteryx.com/20221/server/alteryxservice-mongodb-schema

Keep in mind that removing or editing anything on MongoDB is not supported by Alteryx. If you want to do anything there, I would suggest backing up your mongoDB first.

Just saw it was just enabling the schedules back on the admin page. I will leave the post here just as a guideline for anyone looking for similar errors.
