Schedules on Gallery Issue

Hey Community,

 

I've just upgraded to 2019.1 and it seems I can't create any schedules!

 

When I change my user settings to enable schedules I get the following error:

But the global setting is enabled!

Any thoughts? I was able to schedule workflows not so long ago but now I can't create any new ones
