Schedules defaulting to a different frequency

Hello,

Several people at my organization have experienced scheduling a workflow and when it is saved it immediately changes to a different frequency. For example, we have a workflow that is scheduled to run every Monday; however, when set appropriately and saved it changes to running every day.

Has anyone else run into this before and know how to fix it?
