Hi everyone,
At a random basis the schedule didn't pick up the updated and published version of a workflow but keep running the old one. I see other people have raised this problem but can't understand what's the solution for that. Can someone please give a hint or help in this?

I believe this to be ID: TGAL-6992 from the following release notes:

Unfortunately I cant screenshot, but the description is:
"When you save a new version of a workflow that already has a schedule, the new version only runs once. Then the schedule switches back to the previous version of the workflow. "
Which has been fixed in 2021.4.2.47802
Are you able to upgrade to 2021.4+?
The Upgrade of the platform is not in my hand unfortunately but thanks for the help!
