I have a scheduled workflow which results in data being pushed to Marketo via the REST API, the workflow executes successfully if run manually, however when it is run via a scheduled job it results in 'Error Transferring Data: Couldn't resolve host name'. I have turned the Service logging to full unable to locate anything in the logs.
@abrand - do you have a Run As user set on the machine that is running the workflow? It could be a permissions issue. The logs probably won't give much insight, but if you could do a network trace (something like Fiddler) that would help to identify where the API request is failing
