Schedule is still running in Alteryx Gallery Jobs

See attached schedule screen shot you can found workflow scheduler is working fine with prior schedules but one old schedule still showing in running state in gallery. We already tried to cancel this job but it is not working. Is there any right method to solve this issue or is it a Alteryx Bug. We are using 2020.2 ver Alteryx server & designer. Please guide me

Try to restart the alteryx service

Is there any other solution rather than alteryx service restart, because if it is production system to avoid impact on other schedules

You can find the schedule on mongodb and remove from there, but i dont recommend that
