Schedule button Disabled in Alteryx gallery

Hi All,

Could anyone please advise me on how to enable the schedule feature in Alteryx gallery as it is greyed out for me. Its a first time for me setting up Alteryx server.

You need to enable this option in two difference places.

1. Configuration page: https://help.alteryx.com/20221/server/alteryx-server-configuration

2. Users page - each user needs to have this permission enabled: https://help.alteryx.com/20221/server/user-roles-and-permissions

Both options are reachable from the admin page of the Gallery (you can access that by hovering in your user in your top right and you will see an admin option there.

To navigate these pages, you need to be a curator (admin) of the gallery.

Is there more information on this?  The links above do not work. The schedule button in Gallery is greyed out.  Was working before and not update was made to Gallery.  Thank you.

The button could be greyed out because the global schedule setting was deactivated or your schedule permission was removed. Maybe being moved to another subscription could also cause that, but I`m not sure.
