Save as to Gallery Error

Hello all,

I am having a weird bug when trying to save to a new gallery. After I type in the correct gallery url instead of a it showing where I can enter my credentials, it shows just a white screen and nothing on it. Similar to the below picture without the gear or anything like that, just a white screen. I have the latest updates and everything, I'm just not sure what is going on. I didn't see the <savetogalleryenabled> in the runtime xml file not sure if that matters or not when trying to save. Has anyone ever seen this before? The version of alteryx designer/server is 2019.3.6

This is a known issue that has a couple different causes: 

1. Make sure that your versions are correct (Server can't be older than your designer)

2. Your user account is good (not locked)

3. If these basic tests you can start looking in your logs or I would just reach out to support@alteryx.com as they can save you time to troubleshoot this.
