Run job failed - File not Found

Question

Dear Comunity,

I have a workflow that is running properly on a local machine.

No I have uploaded it on the server and when I Run it , I put the UNC path of an excel file (workflow1)

I put a file from an UNC path ( on the same server)

And then click on Run

I got this error (wokflow 2)

Any idea please?

I don't see a "workflow 2" image attached.

The suggestion I'll go ahead and throw out there is to verify that the Alteryx Service credentials have access to the file directory. When you run Designer locally, your user credentials are used. The Alteryx Service has its own credentials that are used when jobs are running from the Gallery.
