Run As user for AWS

Hello,

Alteryx Server + AWS question here. I did read the PDF white page 😉

We have a service account that is being added to the "run as" user section of the System Settings. The installation requires a domain but the user was created on the AWS instance and we are being told there is no domain. We cannot move forward in the installation without the domain. 

Is anyone familiar with what I should put here?

I think if the machine is not part of an Active Directory then I believe the user’s domain is equal to the machine name.

We were able to get this working with the machine name as the directory. Thank you James!
