Reverse Geocoder Does Not Work on the Server

Question

Hi Everyone,

I have a workflow that has a reverse geocoder that works fine when run locally but it errors when run on the server. I stripped out everything to just an input and the reverse geocoder:

and I get this error:

When I opened the Reverse Geocoder macro, it is the encrypted macro that sends batches of locations to the TomTom API for reverse geocoding.

Any thoughts on what I can do to get this to run successfully?

Hi, I just wanted to add some more information for this site's configuration:

Alteryx server & Designer, v2020.3

Windows Server v2012 r2, 64-bit OS

144GB RAM

Included is a screenshot of our current active licenses (minus key values) showing that they are valid through end of year, 2025.

Hi @myastarling, please confirm if you have the business insights license active in the Server machine, right? Try disabling AMP if you have that on. Have you installed the most recent business insights package on the Server?

In 2022.1, Alteryx updated the versions of OpenSSL and LibCurl. This upgrade closed out vulnerabilities found in previous versions. You might need to contact Alteryx support.
