Restricting download option

Hi,

We are currently expanding our usage of Alteryx server and will be making it available to more users. These users should only be able to run workflows in the gallery but not to download them. Is it possible to disable the download option for a certain type of user?

I suppose a workaround would be to encrypt the workflow when publishing it to the server, but disabling the option to download would be a neater option.

At this time, no.  But you might want to create 2 copies now where one can be downloaded and is stored in a collection that only certain members can access.
