Restricted Environment Error: Can't run restricted workflows with elevated privileges.

Question

Hi all

I've loaded a workflow into our production server but I get this error "Restricted Environment Error: Can't run restricted workflows with elevated privileges. Run this workflow as a different user with reduced privileges."

The workflow user ID has access to read/write in the shared drives.  Has anyone seen this error before?  Any idea how to resolve?

Any info would be helpful.

Issue was caused by run mode - this was set to safe.  Admin changed to unrestricted and error resolved.
