Replacing workflows in Gallery fails

Hi, I am looking for some good advice here.

I try to replace workflows on the gallery when we have updated some workflows. Here is what happens;

1. The workflow "pretends" to be updated. It now says version 2 (if the previous version was version 1).

2. If I immidialty download the newest version, I get the old version.

3. If i run the new version, the old version is the executed one.

4. If the workflow was scheduled, then the "old" scedueled version is greyd out. The new version is not automatically schedueled.

 

If I delete the old workflow, then the new workflow works just fine. But this is not good enough, we do want to take advantage of version control.

 

Anyone with experience on this?

Hi @jensroy

 

Never come across this. The scheduling behaviour however is how it's meant to be. This is an additional safety layer when making changes, but you do need to remember to reschedule.

 

The only thing I can think that might be happening is that you're replacing the new workflow with the old one? Or does it work after a while - you mentioned immediately after?
