Render Tool Error on Server - Unable to find the dll: "AlteryxBasePluginsEngine.dll"

We have a flow that works on desktop, but on server it fails at the Render tool (rendering to pdf). The error is Unable to find the dll: "AlteryxBasePluginsEngine.dll".

Any thoughts or help would be greatly appreciated!

Is the workflow AMP enabled? Can you try it again with AMP disabled and see if that makes a difference.

Are your server and desktop on the same version of Alteryx?

Disabling AMP worked.
