Is there a way to remove a member from a Subscription, and add this member to other one. Now I can't find a way to remove the member and when I try to add him to other subscription I see the following error message:
Any ideas?
The permissions for this are at the User level, not at the Gallery admin level. You can remove the Member by logging into the Private Studio of the user (meaning, not the Admin portal) and going to Settings in the top right. Under the Private Studio tab, you can revoke memberships.
Can't you go into the subscription you want to remove them from and in the Members box just remove them?
I tried, but I can't just delete the name from the list when I mark it, there is no delete button, and when I click I go to the users profile. How can I do this?
I ran into this issue as well but mine is moving user from a subscription to another and in-line with SophiaF's solution,you have to login the user's account then go to Settings on the top right.On the Keys tab, paste in the Subscription Key (now this can be found on the admin settings under the subscription) then hit Save.
Looks like i'm having similar issue in version 2020.1. I have added my username to someone's subscription, and i cannot remove myself from it.
There is no option to remove a member from private studio. And now i am not able to save any workflows to my our gallery since someone's studio is listed as default value, and i'm not able to save there either
