Redshift Connection - Alteryx Server

Hi Everyone

Complete Alteryx newbie here so go easy.

We have recently implemented Alteryx server and are trying to set up a connection our Redshift DWH via the admin portal.

I have been told by tech that the ODBC has been installed however I was hoping to see Redshift as an option in the drop down (see image)

Any of you geniuses know how I can trouble shoot or potential paths of exploration?
