Random blank email events since Server upgrade (2022.3.1.430)

We have about 150 schedules run a day on average and we're getting about 3-4 runs a day resulting in a blank event.

No one in the To, No subject and no body.

It doesn't seem to be linked to one specific flow and was wondering if anyone else is experiencing this too?

I couldn't seem to locate that previous post in the forums nor my profile dashboard. I assumed there was an error and it got 'lost' somewhere

We are starting to see the same thing as well.
Support doesn't know what's causing it
