Quarter Calculation

I have data for 4 quarters for 2021 and 2022. I need to create a new column that calculates 4Q21-3Q21,3Q21-2Q21.

Personally, I'd start with a separate workflow to generate a file (YXDB) from 1900 to 4712 (just an arbitrary far off date I like to use) that lists each date and have several reference fields to use for joining to any number of data sets (like yours).  See attached.  You can store the YXDB anywhere you like and keep using it for various workflows.
