Hi,
I am running a very simple workflow using python tool that reads excel input (filepath/filename) and refreshes the pivots on the excel using the script. The workflow runs perfectly fine on Alteryx Desktop 2020.3. However when I run the same on the server I am receiving attached error message.
Please note that the Alteryx version both on my desktop and server is 2020.3. Also python library win32com.client has been installed both on desktop and server. The only difference is that I am using my own credentials on the desktop but I am using a service ID on the server. Please help me identify the issue.
