Pulling future excel sheets into an Alteryx flow

Question

I am making an Alteryx workflow to put into a Tableau dashboard. I've already pulled historical information and now want to capture current monthly information / changes on an on-going monthly basis.  I believe that a most of the historical workflow would work but what tweaks would I need to capture the information (current and future)?  The current / new excel workbooks are located beneath a folder structure that goes several layers deep so I need to have the algorithm / workflow find certain parameters (e.g. year, month, folder name(s), and excel file name).

@Bluesky not sure if this will help, but have a look at the Directory tool (https://help.alteryx.com/current/designer/directory-tool). By ticking to scan the sub-directories, you should be able to get key parameters that you need in the output.
