Promoting Workflows for User

Hello,

My organization has a small number of workflows on gallery with SQL connections. Our current method for database connections involves using an individuals credentials which are then replaced by the user with their own username and password using interface tools. Due to our security settings, when periodic password resets happen I have to manually update each input tool with the updated credentials.

This led myself to investigate database connections. We have a gallery connection that I can use in a a workflow, promote to gallery and run. When my user runs it though they get the following error:

I found this community post where I think the same issue was discussed briefly but I didn't fully understand what action was needed. I was wondering if you knew how I can get around this issue.
