Problem Loading App. Failed to retrieve Credential.

Dear All,

One of our Alteryx users is facing a issue while running the workflow Analytic App from the Gallery.

The following is the error

Problem Loading App. Failed to retrieve Credential. Credential usage is disabled as result of encryption configuration. Please contact your server administrator. Change remembered credential.

Did anyone one of you face similar issue. Please help us resolve the issue.

Did you find solution for this problem. I am facing a similar problem while creating a SQL server connection in the gallery, it says "credential usage is disabled as a result of encryption configuration.  Please contact server administrator". Can somebody suggest any solution for this problem?
