Has anyone came across a similar error.

I have had the Gallery up and running for 2 years now and this is the first time. I've come across this error when trying to logon to the gallery.

{"data":null,"exceptionName":"UnknownException","innerExceptionMessage":"","message":"Unknown error.\u000aNullReferenceException\u000aRequestID: 3fb0e981f9364ab6b0d33cca4b1f5a5c"}

The Alteryx server is still up and running and schedules are processing, the Gallery seems dead in the water at the moment

Hi,

What version are you running? And what timezone are you in? I have experienced some issues with 10.5 and timezones.

Best,

Daniel

The server is on version 10.5 and we are at pacific time zone.

Also it happened again last Monday while I was away from work

Okay. Have you done any changes to the server recently?

Have you checked the log files? If you can, upload one and I will have look

Best,

Daniel

I encountered this same error today when attempting to view my collections (on the web) after publishing a macro to the gallery from the desktop app.  I've tried accessing my collections at gallery.alteryx.com from multiple devices and browsers and still get the same error.  Is this an Alteryx gallery issue or a local computer/browser issue?

So I have worked with Alteryx and it seems to be a memory problem.. we had ran out of hard drive space on the C drive and the entire process locked up apparently.

We have deleted some temporary folders and moved somethings to create ample enough space, but the process happened twice before we found the root cause.
