What is a good reference to turn to for finding out how to format data inside a tag to be able to induce a \n into the HTML?
The example is this in the Designer (desired):

Unfortunately the way the tool is set up, it does not accept HTML. It sanitizes the input, so that the tags/operators will not function. What we can do here as a workaround is to use multiple labels to create new lines. A new label for each line.
