Not able to find out APP ID to bind self signed SSL Thumbprint to port 443

Finally I was able to do the binding of Self Signed SSL with port 443. Now looks like some other issue is impacting HTTPS access.

I am encountering the same issue with trying to bind the thumbprint to the port 443. How did you find the app ID ?
