This is the process that I follow:
1. A workflow is created and saved to a private studio in Alteryx Gallery.
2. This workflow is added to a collection.
3. A user who doesn't have an Alteryx license is added individually as a user to that collection.
4. This user can view the workflow in the collection but is unable to run the workflow. The 'RUN' button is greyed out for the user. Since the user doesn't have an Alteryx license, it doesn't make sense to try to download the workflow.
Here is the collection instructions - https://help.alteryx.com/current/server/collections-admin-interface
Is there something that I am missing? Is there a setting that needs to be flipped? Has anyone else run into this issue? Does the user need to be in a certain role?

@Brian_Stoffel this sounds like the user needs to be set up as a member not a viewer. Can you check out how the user is set up?
