Hey @VAVERMA ,
Have you tried searching for the workflow without using a keyword? Sometimes the search box doesn`t work, and I don't know why.
If the workflow is not there even with no keyword
1. Can you return to your home page and find the workflow?
2. Have you done a server upgrade recently?
3. Are you the workflow owner or included on the BI team studio?
4. Server version and designer version?
Thank you,
Fernando Vizcaino

1. Can you return to your home page and find the workflow?
- Yes, I tried but not found, only in my workspace I can see the workflow but another person can't see the same workflow I tried to replace the workflow where also I didn't find the workflow.
2. Have you done a server upgrade recently?
- No
3. Are you the workflow owner or included in the BI team studio?
- Yes, I am the owner. I have saved the workflow from the designer also if somebody else is the owner then a similar issue occurs.
4. Server version and designer version?
- Server version and Designer Version 2022.1.1.42604
Thank you for helping.
Let me know if any other questions you have.

Hi @VAVERMA ,
Firstly, I would suggest reaching out to Alteryx support first so they can identify the correct problem: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Support/bd-p/SupportPage
This looks very similar to an issue we have during upgrades where we can find the workflows published on the gallery right after upgrading the server. The way to correct that issue is to remove something called MongoDB locks.
At the bottom of this post, in the solution section, you will see the steps to remove the locks (the tutorial is for a different error, but the solution is the same): https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Server-Knowledge-Base/Troubleshooting-the-error-quot-The-sy...
Before performing anything on your MongoDB, please create a backup of everything just in case: https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Alteryx-Server-Knowledge-Base/Alteryx-Server-Backup-and-Recovery-Pa...
Best regards,

@VAVERMA did you ever find a solution? we are facing same issue for 2022.1.1.4
but it is so strange, we did not have this issue few days back, we did not upgrade recently, the replace issue seem to pop up randomly now.

Hi @amruta ,
Take a look here. https://knowledge.alteryx.com/index/s/article/Checklist-Manual-Reindex
The problem you are experiencing could be related to an indexation issue.
Best,

Thank you, the issue resolved since we upgraded to newer version.
