MongoDb backup

Hi

Before upgrading our 10.1 server, I followed this post to create a back of the embedded mongodb, it finished successfully, and the output folder had just one file of 1KB filename: mongocontroller.log

when I looked at the "C:\ProgramData\Alteryx\Service\LastStartupError.txt" its message was:

Mongo connection failed, please ensure server address and credentials are correct

so I doubt this has to do with the server aliases

User followed the instructions on this Community post and was able to successfully backup Mongo.
