Model stops and looks for questions

Hi,

When running a model on Alteryx Server, the model apperas to be looking for any questions that may be in the model. Questions are not an option that we use in our models, and so this step is not needed.

If we download the model to Alteryx Designer, and run it, it does not stop for questions, so we are unsure how or where this is happening.

Can this option be disabled either globally or by individual model?

@BMD - just a guess, but a possibility is that your workflow (model) is written as an Analytic Application, one that has a series of Interface Tools. If that's the case, when you save that Analytic Application to Gallery, the default run mode is going to be interactive, which will prompt for responses that have been configured in the workflow. When you open that same workflow in Designer, you have the option of running the workflow directly, which is what you are describing above. If the requirements of your workflow are such that you do not need that interactivity, then what you can do is change that Analytic App to a workflow...i.e., remove all the Interface Tools, and make sure in Workflow Properties, the workflow is set to a Standard Workflow, not an Analytic App...then when you republish to Gallery, it will run similar to what you describe, and will run without any interactivity.
