Looking for a recommendation. Should our company install 11.0 or 2018.3 pre launch of Ser?

Looking for a recommendation. Should our company install 11.0 or 2018.3 pre launch of Alteryx Server? Any reason not to move to 2018.3?

Any big difference between 2018.3 - 2018.4? We aren't ready to install 2018.4 yet due to testing.

generally stay a version behind. or at least wait until you run mission critical flows on a new version in a test environment first.  if you major flows work then you should be ok to migrate.  the level of detail in the QA testing depends on mission criticality.  We are running 2018.3 without issue and 2018.1/.2 fixed some issues for us in 11.0
