List of workflows in Alteryx Gallery using a particular DB

Question

Hi,

I would like to ask if there's any way to get a list of workflows with particular AWS db name inside of them.

I tried to use the Alteryx API service with GET/admin/v1/workflows, but that doesn't look like it's looking inside of the workflow.

It's not free but it is amazing and worth the cost of entry!

So far we have 3,758 hours of development and product management dedicated to building it out. We also have 2.5 people on it full time. Hopefully in a few years we'll break even! 🙂

Hey Tomas,

You should take a look at Workflow Admin Manager. It allows you to query your server for data sources, queries, column names, formulas, filters, etc. It also allows you to mass update them.

Show me all workflows using AWS_DEV. Now update them to AWS_PROD.
