How to get my License server URL so as to acticate my Alteryc designer app .Screen shot attached

Do you have a License Server? If you do, then someone internal will have the details. The License Server is only applicable for users that have an on-prem License Server to activate against. Talk to whoever controls your Alteryx Server and they should be able to point you in the right direction if that is what you are after.

If that all sounds foreign to you, then chances are you don't have one. (Less than 200 companies around the world probably use one, which is totally my guess, not actual numbers). So, you would need to get your license key and activate the normal way rather than manual.

After 90 days of trial period , my account got de-activated.Once again I downloaded ALTERYX DESIGNER  but it is asking LICENSE SERVER URL. Sreen shot attached

OK, so you don't have a license and don't have a company team to refer to for one.

So that screen should only come up after clicking the gear on the Manage Licenses window. The screen before that allows you to enter your license key.

The issue here is you need a license key. That's the problem you need to solve. If you had a 90-day key, then I'm guessing it's SparkEd, as normal trial licenses are for 30 days. You won't be able to get the normal trial license after having a SparkEd one.
