Issues when running flow in Gallery with data on SharePoint

Hi All,

We created a SharePoint site as a data share for Alteryx.

Building a flow in the designer works very well; no issues occur when we are running the flow in the Designer, but when we want to publish this flow to the Gallery (and running the flow) we get error messages because the folder is not accessible and that the input file cannot be found (due to the fact that the folder is not accessible by the Gallery)

I expect we need to change some settings on our Alteryx Server. Does anyone know what we need to do to solve this issue?

You have two options:

1. Use the Sharepoint tools to get data from it. You will need to ask for this tools to be installed on the Server for all users. https://community.alteryx.com/t5/Public-Community-Gallery/Sharepoint-Files-Tool/ta-p/877903 
2. Keep the workflow as it is, but insert your own credential when saving it to the Server. This way your user will run the workflow and should be able to see that path. You will need to sync Sharepoint on the Server machine via remote desktop, IT might not like this. If the credentials option is not available, you need to as the Server admin to enable it.
