Alteryx Gallery Admin page -> Jobs -> Scheduled Workflows -> Error loading schedules:
An error was encountered when attempting to load your scheduled workflows.
I'm not able to view the scheduled workflows. How can I fix the issue?

I'd suggest trying to restart the AlteryxService.exe service. If that doesn't help, restart the server all together.
If that doesn't resolve, there could be some corrupted documents in your MongoDB collection (table) that's preventing the web service to render the list. If the case, it's recommended that you contact Alteryx Support so they can help diagnose and correct.
You may also check and make sure that your server is not running into a low/no disk space issue on your primary ( C:\ ) drives and any secondary drives your Alteryx Service uses for workspace.

I found below option got disabled –
After, enabling it in my Private studio, I’m able to view – the schedule tab
